Welcome! I'm Kyle, a Mindfulness Consultant and Hypnotherapist. In 2014, my life took an unexpected turn when I experienced a life-altering car accident. Doctors doubted my ability to return to work, and after trying various therapies without success, I turned to mindfulness out of sheer desperation. To my amazement, mindfulness became the key to alleviating my anxiety, managing pain, and transforming my outlook on life.
My personal journey to recovery inspired me to extend a helping hand to others struggling with their physical and mental health. Through individual and group sessions, I began assisting clients in their pursuit of well-being. Additionally, I pursued studies in Hypnotherapy, providing my clients with further empowerment to take control of their health and overall well-being.
