Navigating the health care system was a difficult journey that motivated Jenn to look for answers, solutions, and preventative options to her problems. This plant-based mama’s mission is to save others from frustration and pain by shining a light on the simplicity and healing properties of nutrition & lifestyle. Jenn also brings with her a bachelor’s degree in Psychology that focused heavily on research, education, and human development through all life stages. This has armed Jenn with a solid understanding of our growth, emotional needs, mental needs, nutritional needs, and the connection they all have together!
